Michelin Tyre PLC is an equal opportunity employer.
New opportunities for new graduates
For more than 100 years Michelin's design and production techniques have been at the forefront of scientific and technological advances. This is the common goal for the men and women that make up the workforce, the source of our company's dynamism and creativity. With this in mind, we are recruiting in the fields of research, IT, productions, sales and marketing, providing new opportunities for new graduates. We benefit greatly from the diversity of our senior managers and engineers.
This is why we have no typical employee profiles or specific colleges/universities that we target. It is passion for the job and for innovation as well as the desire to rise to challenges that we look for in our future managers. Our recruitment process starts by selecting candidates' CVs and covering letters. Successful applicants shall be invited to an initial interview. Those successful shall attend an assessment centre combining tests and interviews, which enables us to make a quick and well-informed decision on your suitability.

A policy for the promotion of equality of opportunity at work and the elimination of discrimination
MICHELIN IS COMMITTED to the principle of equal opportunity in employment and is opposed to any action or procedure that might result in the less favourable treatment of an employee, or applicant for employment, on the grounds of age, sex, marital status, racial origins, nationality, religious beliefs or disability.
THE COMPANY RECOGNISES its obligations under the relevant legislation and ensures, through its employment policies, that individuals receive treatment that is fair, equitable and consistent with their relevant aptitudes, skills and abilities. Positive action measures, introduced as appropriate, will ensure that true equality of opportunity for all is attained.
EVERY EMPLOYEE also has the right to be treated with dignity and respect at work. The harassment of any individual or group by another is an aspect of discrimination, which breaches this right. The Company is committed to ensuring that such unacceptable and potentially unlawful behaviour does not take place.
MICHELIN REQUIRES the active support of all employees in progressing the aims of this Policy. By working together on these important issues we will ensure an environment, free from discriminatory practice, in which every employee is able to develop to the limit of his or her potential.
