    RIM SIZE DIMENSIONS

WHERE AND HOW DO I READ MY TYRE DIMENSION?

You can find your dimension on your tyre’s sidewall. Roll over the yellow buttons to learn more about your tyre’s markings.

    TYRE WIDTH

205: - Tyre width in millimetres
Width of the tyre measured in millimetres from sidewall to sidewall. This tyre is 205 millimetres wide.

    ASPECT RATIO

    60 - Tyre aspect ratio.

In this example, the sidewall height of the tyre is 60% of its width. The lower the ratio, the lower the sidewall height.

    RIM SIZE

15 - Internal diameter in inches.
This number (in inches) indicates that the tyre is designed to fit on a rim with a 15-inch diameter.

    LOAD INDEX

The load index is a code showing the maximum load a tyre can carry. In this example a load index of 91, means that this tyre has a maximum load of 615 kg.

    SPEED INDEX

The speed symbol indicates the maximum speed of use under service conditions specified by the tyre manufacturer. So in this example the tyre has the symbol H, which means a maximum speed of 130 mph.
