Popped in here with a nail in my tyre/ slow puncture first thing this morning. The chaps were fantastic, sorted it straight away and was able to get back to take my wife to work. Brilliant service and very good value. Would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Used this company before as they’re local to me. However today was the last time I’ll set foot in there. Was waiting in reception whilst the man behind the counter was on the phone for 10-15 minutes. Another phone started ringing just before his call had ended. Without saying anything to me he takes the other call, completely ignoring me whilst I was standing there patiently. I was not acknowledged at all. It wouldn’t take much to say to the person on the other end of the phone ‘excuse me for a second I have a customer in front of me, can I call you back’, or to say to me ‘sorry for the wait, I’m on an important call, I’ll be with you shortly’. No acknowledgment at all, not even eye contact, or a nod.
