I had a great experience with this garage despite a small delay in the tyres I had ordered being delivered. Dave was quick to keep me updated over the phone and managed to fit me in later in the day which was appreciated. The tyre fitter met me when I arrived and was very polite and treated my car with respect which is something you don't often see when compared to the competition. If a top notch tyre change with great customer service is what you're looking for, you can't go far wrong with ATS Aldershot. Also, the prices were very reasonable!

The staff at the Aldershot branch were extremely helpful and approachable I would highly commend them. They felt as if they cared about providing an excellent customer experience which went beyond what I normally experience when dealing with staff working for a large company.

Many thanks for taking my car yesterday 29/09/2025 at 04:30 PM for an MOT. The process was very smooth. The team are very friendly, very professional and the gentleman who I met was very kind. In addition he provided me with written/emailed info including complimentary car health check for my own records. I highly recommend ATS aldershot and very thankful for your service. Kindest regards. Was greeted politely and both staff members present were very professional. As a woman, I always feel intimidated taking my car in for repairs or MOT and worry about being ripped off…but I had such a positive experience here and will be returning for future needs. Honestly 10/10, the guys were amazing. Initially the car failed due to a broken bulb but was replaced and then passed without me needing to source the bulb, as I’ve had to do previously before.
