How does the chatbot work?
Chatbot purpose Michelin chatbot is a new generation of chatbots using Generative Artificial Intelligence to help users find information about Michelin tyres and services.
Privacy Statement If you share personal data with chatbot, the information is collected by Michelin Tyre PLC (ā€œMichelinā€) as the Data Controller for the purpose of assisting you with queries on our website. Data submitted to chatbot, is used to progressively develop and train the chatbot. We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in providing the tool to you, and other interested parties and developing the tool further. A copy of your conversation with the chatbot is retained for 1 year following the end of your conversation. After this time, we will automatically delete your conversation. The raw data will be retained in an unstructured format to support the progressive development of the tool. This data does not include any personal data.If you wish to have your conversation deleted, you can request this at any time. You must be able to provide information that can identify you and the conversation, for example the VRN provided to the chatbot.
