CrossClimate 2 TYRE REVIEW

I have two Michelin CrossClimate 2 tyres on my drive wheels (rear drive MX5) and they feel superior to the Bridgestone tyres the car had previously. More grip, better ride, and the knowledge that during the coldest months (especially in the minus C levels), I knew the CrossClimate2s would perform well. And they did. They were sure footed & no slipping - just a confidence boosting ride. The ONLY reason I didn't give these tyres 10/10 at the end is because the CrossClimate2 has a new sibling in town - the CrossClimate3! These are likely to perform even better if the reviews are anything to go by - but the 2's are going to be cheaper - so still great value for money for anyone who wants to buy while stocks of those tyres last. Recommended.

They are fine and have good grip. I have used them in snow and heavy rain and felt safe. No real experience of really dry weather driving

Though now retired after many years travelling for my work over the whole country, as a technical sales engineer. Always preferred this make of tyre over others, in all the company cars I drove in my employment. Mainly because of precise and positive road holding, ability to cope with all weather conditions and my life depended on them! Also tyre wear seemed to be very good generally and never had any issues regards flat tyres. On average covered 80,000 miles per year in all road conditions, in many company vehicles over the years.

Excellent in all weathers and are quiet and ride softer than the OEM tyres on my Mazda

Very happy in wet and dry conditions. No experience yet of cold weather, snow or icy roads

Fitted to my Mazda 2 hybrid the tyres perform as discribed in adverts I’ve used these tyres since they came out, on various cars I’ve owned, and will not change from then as I have great confidence in them and the bonus is good mileage as well.
