Everybody on the 4th of jan 2025 was queuing in the middle lane on the M4 during a snow storm, right lane was empty with just a few cm of snow on it, I was able to use it, excellent grip on snow ! Excellent grip too when it rains heavily, feels very safe. Able to evacuate water very quickly and maintain firm steering (« no floating ») when passing in on these puddles on the road. The only minor drawback of those is I’ve used the front tyres rather quickly (they lasted 1 year before I had to replace them) but I did clock a lot of miles during that time (more than 25000 miles) so that’s understandable, you can’t have everything. Grip was a bit less efficient when they were worn out, like any tyre (don’t wait for the last limit to change your tyres). Well worth the money, excellent tyres from Michelin I will only put those on my car from now on, would not consider anything else for safety.

MICHELIN CrossClimate 2 is an all-season tyre, dedicated to drivers who are looking for safety in all weathers, all year round. It offers safety and mobility on dry, wet and snow, from the first to the last mile. The MICHELIN CrossClimate tyre range is winter certified (3 Peaks Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) marking) and meets the requirements of European winter driving regulations.

MICHELIN CrossClimate 2 tyre is a quiet tyre, graded A or B (69-71 dB) in the European labelling scale for external rolling noise.
MICHELIN CrossClimate 2 tyre is graded B in the European labelling scale. It delivers high longevity while maintaining high safety performance whatever the weather(1)(2). MICHELIN CrossClimate 2 tyre has been developed to improve several properties and offers a better overall performance (safety new and worn, rolling resistance) compared to its predecessor MICHELIN CrossClimate+; as a MICHELIN tyre it also offers an excellent longevity.
Mixed mounting is not possible on the same axle, but rear/front mix is possible. When replacing just two tyres, Michelin recommends that the new or least worn tyres are fitted to the rear axle to improve vehicle control and safety. This advice applies to front and rear wheel drive vehicles fitted with the same tyre size front and rear. Tyre-inflation pressures must be readjusted according to the vehicle manufacturer’s or tyre manufacturer’s recommendations.
