They was incredibly fast with finding and fixing my car. Same day service with instant result. Wonderful and kind people skills, I felt so welcomed and like they cared. Excellent communication with liaising other companies and try to get the job done the minute they are authorised. I couldn't say anymore how happy I am with their service.

Great service! The MOT was done very quickly and the oil & filter change was also completed in no time. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I’m really happy with the work done. Highly recommend!

Tampering, Damage, and Intimidation – Completely Untrustworthy Garage I’m leaving this review to warn others about an incredibly serious experience I had with this AA-approved garage. My car was referred here on 3rd March 2025 through AA Smart Care for diagnosis of a coolant and oil leak. I dropped the vehicle off in excellent mechanical condition—no warning lights, smooth transmission, and absolutely no body damage. But when I returned to collect it on 8th March, the situation was shocking: 🔴 The engine warning light was on 🔴 The transmission wouldn’t shift beyond 4th gear 🔴 The passenger side was scraped and dented, with fresh paint transfer from another vehicle 🔴 The vehicle drove completely differently than before After I refused their £240 quote to repair the coolant issue (which I later fixed for £80 elsewhere), these new problems suddenly appeared. A trusted independent garage later confirmed that a critical electrical connector had been deliberately left loose, just enough to cause transmission failure and warning lights. Once properly reconnected, all problems vanished, proving this wasn’t accidental. The technician specifically said this type of issue “does not happen on its own.” Even more disturbing was how the garage responded to the visible crash damage: 🟥 The staff originally admitted the damage was “very recent.” 🟥 After reviewing the CCTV, the manager admitted he saw the crash and offered to repair and repaint the area. 🟥 I agreed to this, but when I pointed out additional scratches on the same side, he withdrew the offer within 10 minutes, changed his story, and accused me of exaggerating. 🟥 He then turned confrontational and said, “Go get a solicitor.” This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. They attempted to blame everything on a coolant sensor, refused to let me test drive the car to verify the fix, and stonewalled all further communication. The CCTV footage, which could confirm the timeline of the damage, was either withheld or selectively referenced. Instead of owning up to clear mistakes, the garage staff chose to intimidate, deflect, and mislead. I paid a diagnostic fee only to get my car back in a worse condition, both mechanically and physically. I have submitted a formal complaint to the AA, backed by an independent technical report, photos, and detailed notes. This garage’s conduct reflects gross negligence at best and deliberate retaliation at worst. If you care about your car, your safety, or basic accountability, stay far away from this garage. The AA should immediately review its approval of this business.

First time I've used a commercial garage as I now have a Peugeot Boxer campervan, and I was very pleased with the service and MOT. It's not often you get charged over a ÂŁ100 UNDER the quoted price, but that's what happened. When I booked my van in I made no mention of it being a camper, this changes the class of vehicle and everything was a lot cheaper, I had no idea! CMSC will be my first choice going forward.

Slow and bad attitude. Dropped vehicle off at 8:15am simply to be looked at for a potential small job, 3pm I called and it hadn't even been taken from the yard into the garage to be looked at, there were barely any customer vehicles in the yard on the day I was there. The mechanics seem ok... but the attitude of the women in the front office, particularly the younger one... is shocking.
