Had a very nasty encounter with a click and collect employee. I parked inadvertently in the wrong space and was told after doing my shopping that I was on cctv and was going to get a fine. I explained there were no signs saying I couldnt park there or would get a fine. He insisted that signs "are everywhere " but couldnt refer me to any. I looked around but found none. He was lying. Im happy not to park there in future but to be told I'd broken the law and would be getting a fine when there is no legal basis for this is a blatant lie and his officious manner has upset me. I spend about ÂŁ8000 a year at tesco Helston and do not need to be treated like a criminal and lied to

It's nowhere near as good as it was originally,no cafe ,no fish counter,they've put a Greg's or some type of rubbish bakery in there instead!!!!.I go there because I have to,only good thing is they sometimes had a health hub in the car park(not sure anymore since cober valley opened,staff are helpful especially the ones that have been there a long time,younger ones are still learning but try their best for you, other then that they've gone downhill a bit unfortunately

Staff were friendly, and very helpful when my husband was taken poorly, a member of staff stayed with my husband while he felt faint and had to lie down before he fell down.
Right up until he was able to get in a wheelchair so they could push him outside and waited until someone came to pick us up.
They let the car stay in the car park until my husband was able to pick it up

Thank you for playing different types of Christmas music. It made a refreshing change. Also all of the staff are very welcoming and polite. Happy Christmas 🎄

Best store have been in for a long time, all staff were outstanding. Good experience, thanks Tesco.
