Went in to get a puncture repaired and they did a very poor job. The tyre kept losing pressure afterwards, so I went back. Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me I needed to buy new tyres – even though my tyres are only one month old. Very disappointing service, unprofessional, and feels like they just wanted to make money off me rather than actually fix the problem. Would not recommend.

Best tyre experience I’ve ever had. Simple to order it online. Went to the Blackfen branch and it was put on straight away by a very friendly helpful technician. He also checked my other tyres and said they were good. I would highly recommend

Just had tyre puncture, luckily got seen straight away. Repaired the puncture in quick time. What's not to like.

I went in because when dropping off a hire car, they said there was a nail in a tyre. I took it ‘round to these fellas and they pulled out something that wasn’t a nail, just a piece of metal wedged in the tread. They put a solution on to check it wasn’t leaking and then sent me on my way, no charge. Cheers lads!
