I had a great experience with Renault – Tim Jolley. Tim was very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a very honest approach. Arrived at the service desk to be greeted by friendly staff who explained everything that I was booked in for (ie 5year service and M.O.T. certificate) the car was then left to their excellent engineers and I received an e-mail telling me that the health check had been done and everything was green and satisfactory. I then received a phone call later in the morning to tell me that the car was ready to collect, having had a courtesy clean. I can thoroughly recommend Holdcrofts of Hanley for their courtesy and professionalism and will be returning in the future should the need arise.

A great part ex used car buying experience! Saw the demonstrator car online, spoke with Zaine Aziz (he turned out to be the exact opposite of the archetypal used car salesman!) who sent me full information about the car, offered me a fair price for mine and reduced the price of the car I was interested in. We agreed a deal in principle on the phone and by email. Yesterday I travelled 85 miles to test drive and check out the car whilst he did the same with mine, all was in order so we did the deal. Zaine had prepared all the documentation in advance, so the part ex went ahead quickly and I drove home in my new-to-me car. Zaine gave great customer service, was really helpful, informative and diligent, and the whole process went smoothly. Thank you Zaine!

We picked up our new Renault Symbioz on Wednesday and couldn’t be more happier. From start to finish, Alex our sales executive was very thorough and professional and updated us frequently on any updates. Alex is very approachable and nothing was ever much trouble. A huge thank you to Callum T who guided me through my recent purchase of a Renault Austral. Very knowledgeable about this particular car, especially with helpful advice regarding the tech and linking my mobile phone. He listened to all my needs and helped me with sorting my car tax out.
