Whilst being a big fan of Michelin tyres and loving the City Grip 2’s fitted to my other scooter, these really haven’t lived up to expectation. Despite trying multiple different pressures and different suspension set ups, I can’t get these to ride nice. They track every white line and imperfection in Edinburgh where I ride and in the wet I have no confidence in them at all. I understand they are an 80/20 road and trail tyre but it’s a compromise I’m not prepared to make for fashionable looks. I have also noticed that the wear rate is alarmingly fast. It’s a soft compound tyre, I get it. Again it’s a compromise too far for me. I will be replacing these once worn if not before. They really are god awful, sorry. It’s not just me feeling this. Ich fahre seit Jahrzehnten Michelin Reifen, bisher den Anakee 3 auf einer XTZ 660. Leider ist dieser für die Größe 120/90/17 am Hinterrad nicht mehr lieferbar- daher die Umrüstung auf Anakee Street. Dieser Reifen ist nach wenigen km derart unruhig ab 30km/h. Eine Unwucht im Gummi selbst löst dies aus. 5mm Profilunwucht auf der linken Laufflächen-Seite bei korrekter Montage. Wie kann das sein? Ansonsten sieht der Reifen optisch qualitativ gut aus.

Las uso en ciudad y muy bien mojado y en seco,pero la delantera con 10.000 km está nueva la trasera está muy desgastada y a empezado a perder adherencia ,mi recomendación para ciudad citi gripe

la gomma per le crossover che mancava ora c'è!!! per chi ama la guida alta delle crossover prettamente su strada fatti diversi km anche con asfalto bagnato....mi ha stupito in ogni occasione #Michelin2Test

Auf meinem Aprilia SR GT 200 wird jetzt nach 10000 km der Hinterradreifen fällig zum wechseln, das Vorderrad hält bestimmt noch weitere 5000 km. Bei allen Geschwindigkeiten ruhiger Lauf, bei Nässe sehr gute Haftung. Auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen.

Für meinen Aprilia SR200GT Roller nicht zu empfehlen , Werksseitig verbaut ! Ich fahre hauptsächlich Landstraße und ein wenig Autobahn , der Reifen ist trotz neuem ausgewuchten unruhig im Fahrverhalten zwischen 50 -125 km/h . Würde mich für ein anderes Modell in Zukunft entscheiden! VG René
