Chatbot purpose Michelin chatbot is a new generation of chatbots using Generative Artificial Intelligence to help users find information about Michelin tyres and services.

The raw data will be retained in an unstructured format to support the progressive development of the tool. You must be able to provide information that can identify you and the conversation, for example the VRN provided to the chatbot.
