Darren and his team are absolutely brilliant! They’re always extremely helpful, quick, and professional. Whether it’s a tyre repair or a full replacement, they get the job done efficiently and with great customer service. Highly recommend — reliable, friendly, and always there when you need them!

Came here for two new front tires on my fiesta as the tread was getting low. Rang in the week and booked an appointment. Was busy when i arrived but it was done very professionally and the price was as quoted. A happy customer and I will use when I need new back tires.

Paid ÂŁ95 to have my wheels aligned, without success. After returning twice (for 2 more attempts by them) and each time being presented with results that in theory show they're perfectly aligned my car is still pulling just as badly to one side. They offered no explanation. A complete waste of money. I shall be returning to my usual garage in future.

I’ve been in two minds to write this as Bathwicks have since repaired my car, at their expense but I felt my experience needed to be shared as a warning to others to be more aware when having tyres changed, to check your wheel nuts! My car was booked in for two front tyres and I also requested on the day wheel alignment. Tyres were done but car had to go back next day to have alignment done, as didn’t have time that day. On collecting my car the following day, it was making a faint noise. The following day noise was louder, on looking under the car a bolt was missing from an under tray so I booked the car in a garage to get it fixed and just assumed that was the issue. On driving the car to the garage, my front passenger WHEEL fell off and bounced across the road into oncoming traffic. Thankfully I was driving at a slow speed and no one was hurt. However, it doesn’t need spelling out what the outcome could have been had I have been driving much faster. Although Bathwick/Protyre covered all costs to repair my car I have to say communication from start to finish was extremely poor. A lot of chasing up and hours wasted trying to call them for the phone not to be answered. Call backs promised not to be made when they’ve said they would and an ongoing issue with their wheel alignment machine that they are omitting to mention to customers unless they are queried on it! I obviously won’t be a returning customer.
