First time I used ETB Tyres&Exhaust Cheltenham was when I booked the car in to get 4 tyres fitted. Dan was very busy but that didn't stop him to be nice and friendly and get the job done. Unfortunately there was this one wheel they couldn't get off and went above and beyond and eventually managed to get it off. Few weeks later booked the car in for a different job and Dan offered me a quote which I went through with. I just want to thank Dan, Andy and Craig ( or Greg, sorry, I might've got the name wrong ) and all the Mechanics and Technicians at ETB Garage in Cheltenham for the great effort and work they do, I saw it with my eyes it's not an easy task to be overwhelmed with so many cars and jobs needing done and also still be nice with customers and very clear with explaining what needs to be done. Can't thank you enough for the great and hard work. We'll definitely come back if I need to get another job done for my vehicle. All the best!

James was really lovely! He helped us diagnose an issue, and got it sorted quickly. He explained in detail what these issue were and how they impact the cars, and what would happen if the components failed - track rod ends. Super professional, quick and easy service too. Definitely would recommend and we will be back to book in an MOT and service.

My transit custom van making extremely disturbing noises from the front wheel. Thought it could be brake issues so took it to etb at 9am for a look. The main man there Dan took a look within the hour and diagnosed that the driveshaft had practically disintegrated and the wheel close to shearing off. They promptly ordered the parts and fully repaired with wheel alignment for 2pm. Unbelievably excellent service I would say.

The team at ETB Cheltenham were brilliant when my sons car was recently recovered to their garage.

Excellent customer service! Made a booking for 11am, turned up at 11 and they were ready and on time. An hour later, 4 new tyres and rebalanced all fitted. Helpful advice and I'm now ready for the winter. Thanks!
