Booked in for brake inspection which took five minutes. Gentleman talked me through what needed to be done ie front and back brakes plus brake fluid etc. was happy to keep the brakes for me to photograph to show my husband. He also on my return talked me through the rusty areas on the discs, how pads were braking on peeling rusty bits, and how it would have affected my braking (spot on he described the symptoms I was experiencing hence my visit to check). All fitted within 3 hours. What price is safety? Happy to pay their price. As always great service. Good customer care.

Avoid at all costs when doing MOTs, 6mm tyres are apparently advisories, discs with some surface rust from being parked up barely done 3000 miles on them are apparently scored and pitted, I.M. Saunders clearly gets a nice commission for selling people tyres when they don’t need them but I guess that’s what you get when you go for an MOT at a tyre place

Always excellent service and a really friendly team. They have quite often looked at my car and have done a few bits for free but ultimately have had to send me to somewhere else as it's not a service they offer - but what that has meant is I always go back to them when they can as I know I can trust them. They're always super quick too!

Had a very positive experience at protyre when having my tyres changed and tracking done. Believe the lad I had was called Ken and he talked me throughout the process making sure I knew what was going on
