Amazing customer service, very welcoming. The technicians have great knowledge ,work quickly, efficiently but most of all safely. They were able to offer help and advise with offers to fix a problem without sounding like they were just looking for more money. Trustworthy company , and great value for money. I will definitely be taking my car back if and when it needs anything else doing.

Staff most helpful. I am a regular customer at ATS Fareham and yesterday (29/10/25) I had occaision to buy a headlight bulb for my SMART car. I tried to fit it to no avail. Luckily staff were able to quickly help and fitted it straight away. Much appreciated.

Dropped in with an issue with the car. Staff were amazing, came straight out and diagnosed the issue. Whilst they were not able to do this major repair gave us great advise.

I’ve been using ATS for years, under the management of Karl. Who has always been excellent. Unfortunately, it was his day off and service is not up to his high standards in every aspect. Unfortunately, I’ve had a rough year medically. But I had an operation three weeks ago and still in recovery, which requires a difficult walk. I was asked to return at 1pm to collect car. So it is distressing to discover upon arrival I was advised the person completing the work was at lunch till 13.30 and still has work to do. So how long to wait? I later phoned at 14.15, after returning home and discovered that ATS was waiting for a delivery of oil! From a motor factor! What MoT and service centre does not hold stock of motor oil? I then learned that ATS has closed many locations. Looks like another company is suffering. Which is unfortunate as I have always received good and trustworthy service.

Great service from Gary and staff. Fitted 2 new front tyres, checked 2 rear tyres, giving welcome advice of the need to replace in a few months 😀 Work was carried out on time, and completed quite quickly. Will use their services again, and happy to recommend 😀
