Can’t go wrong with this place. I always buy water bottles, butter and chicken tenders from here. And normally pick up a box of cookies too. The fruit is very fresh. The only problem is I always end up spending more money than I intend to.

Costco Hayes is easily one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in London. The store is spacious, clean, and very well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you need—and more! From groceries and household items to electronics and clothing, the variety is impressive and the prices are unbeatable for the quality you get.
The staff are always friendly, professional, and willing to help, which really makes a difference. I especially appreciate how efficiently the checkout lines are managed, even during busy hours.
The fresh bakery and food court are also major highlights. Their rotisserie chicken, pizzas, and baked goods are not only delicious but great value for money.
Overall, it’s the perfect place for bulk shopping, especially for families. I highly recommend Costco Hayes to anyone looking for quality products at great prices with excellent customer service. A solid 5-star experience every time I go!

The phrase "no frills" really doesn't do the service justice. Oh well, it's very cheap at ÂŁ1.50 for a hotdog & drink & ÂŁ9.99 for an 18" pepperoni pizza!

I made the mistake of going to the loo before shopping at Costco, Hayes.
The state of the Ladies was unbelievable. Poo (or a big brown blob of something) on the floor; every toilet overflowing with paper towels, wet loo paper and unflushed poo... Even worse, a swarm of flies around the toilet bowls, indicating that this unhygienic mess has been there a long time. Paper towel dispensers empty, filthy basins. The only time I have ever come across lavatories like this is the French hole-in-the-ground autoroute loos in the middle of nowhere.
Needless to say I did not buy any fresh food after this. I imagine the staff use these loos - how hygienic can the food be? Seriously - the Food Standards Agency & Environmental Health need to pay a visit.

Be careful. It is easy to spend wildly in this store.
Some really good value products. Prices are x vat, so you can get a surprise at the till. I joined today, and if I had bought nothing, I'd still have enjoyed it and called it a worthwhile visit...
I tried to join online but it wouldn't accept my details. After 30 mins of trying we went straight to the store. We were able to join and shop immediately. Remember to have the right ID!
