I've had a bad experience on two occasions in recent weeks at Northway Tyres (now Kwikfit) in Colindale. They fitted different tyres on each axle despite my ordering all the same. Decided to live with it as the tyres were already fitted by the time this became apparent. I had good service from them years ago so let this go. Then went to get a four wheel alignment done. They gave up halfway through due to a tight bolt and left me with car that was pulling badly(Didn't charge me). Took it to a different place and after a lot of effort got the job done for ÂŁ15 less than Northway quoted! Won't name them as I don't want to be accused of being an employee. Poor effort, skill and pricing.

It is Central Tyre now, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staff.

As Northways this place was really good. Central Tyres however are terrible. They made my car dangerous to drive. On returning they tried to fob me off but thsts easier said than done. My car now drives straight but I won't be back.

They gave me back the wrong locking wheel key!!! So I was stuck with a flat and couldn't change it!!!! Useless!! Hope the person who has my key finds this out before he gets a flat tyre and needs to change it!!! Good luck!!
