Data submitted to chatbot, is used to progressively develop and train the chatbot. A copy of your conversation with the chatbot is retained for 1 year following the end of your conversation. After this time, we will automatically delete your conversation. The raw data will be retained in an unstructured format to support the progressive development of the tool.
