First class service - highly recommended and will definitely use again.
Tyre Pros East Grinstead fitted me in for a 4 wheel alignment at a days notice; they were helpful, friendly, thorough and precise in their work. One of the rear adjustments would not budge, and required extra effort with heat to free up a seized nut. The before/after alignment report was appreciated and they talked me through the alignment process and what changes were made - they really know their stuff.
I was gutted when my local Tyre Pros Redhill closed, and ended up being forced to use another local fitter for my tyre needs with mixed experiences - after finding Tyre Pros East Grinstead yesterday, despite being a half-hour away, I’ll gladly make the journey in future.
Kudos to Kris and the other chap (A4 owner!) who instilled confidence and were professional throughout.

Fantastic service from Reese and the team. I booked online the evening before as my tyre pressure sensor came on twice during a long drive. Both times I pumped up the tyres. His team spotted there was a puncture and repaired it quickly without charge They were very busy as it was Saturday afternoon. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service.
Car had a slow puncture on the front offside, which was quickly identified, but given condition of both front tyres got a great price for a pair of Bridgestone and tracking realigned.
Booked in end of the day Saturday and we were done by 11am on the Monday.

It started promisingly. The man at reception was friendly and helpful despite being clearly understaffed.
He took me through to the mechanical bay to show me what the issue was with the wheel nuts/studs.
Unfortunately they were only able to get 3 of the 4 wheel nuts back on one of the wheels, so I had to drive off with only 3 wheel nuts in place.
I was recommended a mechanic round the corner (Simply MOTs) who I was told could look at the problem and find a potential solution.
I went straight round there and he fitted the remaining wheel nut first time without any problem!
I was also disappointed that every single customer who went in to the shop or rang up was offered a discount (without requesting it), but I was not.
Finally, after driving around for 5 days and getting the impression that the steering was feeling very strange, I checked the tyre pressures (supposed to be 31psi at the back, 33 psi at the front).
They turned out to be 40 and 35psi at the front, and 28.5 at the back.
Overall a very disappointing experience and I will be looking elsewhere in future.
