Chatbot purpose Michelin chatbot is a new generation of chatbots using Generative Artificial Intelligence to help users find information about Michelin tyres and services.

Data submitted to chatbot, is used to progressively develop and train the chatbot. A copy of your conversation with the chatbot is retained for 1 year following the end of your conversation. After this time, we will automatically delete your conversation. The raw data will be retained in an unstructured format to support the progressive development of the tool. This data does not include any personal data.If you wish to have your conversation deleted, you can request this at any time. You must be able to provide information that can identify you and the conversation, for example the VRN provided to the chatbot.
