Exclusive Track Day Experience

1. The Michelin “Track Day” Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except Michelin Tyre PLCs (the 'Promoter') employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion.

2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a discount to anyone in breach of these terms.

3. Internet access required. Purchase necessary and copy of purchase invoice required. To qualify for the Promotion, and to receive a £40 Michelin discount off one of the three options of the dated track days in Section 11, claimants must purchase a pair of Michelin tyres listed in Section 4 in one transaction between 1st May 2025 and 30th June 2025.

4. Eligible tyres: MICHELIN Power GP2, MICHELIN Power Cup 2, MICHELIN Power Slick 2, MICHELIN Power Performance Slick, MICHELIN Power Performance 24

5. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 30th June 2025.

6. Claims must be made by emailing ukmarketing@michelin.com. Attach a clear, and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. Claimants must also supply their full name, email address and contact telephone number. Claimants must advise which track day they would like to book (Donington Park, Knockhill or Brands Hatch) on the email. These details will be used by the Promoter only in accordance with Michelin Tyre Plc Data Protection and Privacy policies which can be found below.

7. Only one claim per Motorcycle is permitted. Entry into this Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer including any other discounts, reductions or contributions made by 3rd parties.

8. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate, and where necessary, dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. To satisfy itself that the claim is legitimate the Promoter shall review the claim information including but not limited to the claimant’s name, email address, vehicle registration number, IP location, and any other information deemed necessary by the Promoter to ascertain that the Claimant is complying with these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final.

9. All personal data collected for administration of this promotion shall not be retained by the Promoter and will be destroyed securely following the closing date of the Promotion.

10. We will endeavour to process your claim as quickly as possible, but please allow 10 working days to process your claim. Successful claims will be emailed a unique code to use to claim the £40 discount off one of the three track days listed in section 11.

11. The Michelin £40 discount off a ‘Track Day’ is only available to the following three track days - Dates: 3rd July 2025 Donington Park, 21st July Knockhill 2025 and 26th August 2025 Brands Hatch. There are 20 places available at each track day.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

14. The Promoter excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion.

15. These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer, we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
