Wow! Today I drove in off the street, no prior booking. I had 4 new tyres, wheel alignment and fitting, and all under 1 hour! I was given option on which tyres I wanted, ie budget, medium or premium, along with pricing. The team were amazing, helpful and friendly. Big thanks to all.

I got a puncture in my car at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. I drove to the nearest tyre fitters who kindly lent me their air line but wouldn’t look at the tyre. I rang two other national firms who said come back on Monday. I then rang ETB and spoke to a very helpful Becky who said ‘No problem, come to us and we will help’. I arrived at 4.30pm and was served by Craig who quickly removed the wheel and showed me a big hole in the middle of the tyre. A new tyre was ordered and fitted early Saturday morning at a very reasonable price. I met the Manager who has a ‘Can Do’ policy which is amazing for a tyre company. I will open an account and send all my future tyre business to ETB. Well done Becky, Craig and The Manger.

Called in on my lunch break without prior appointment with a suspected slow puncture. The team checked my tyre and repaired the puncture while I waited. Efficient & friendly service. Will be back!

An outstanding experience. I noticed a nail protruding from my tyre and went straight to ETB. Its location meant that a new tyre was the only option. Unfortunately, they did not have my rather unusual tyre size in stock but Becky managed to source one very swiftly and I barely had time to get home before she called to say my car was ready. Yet again ETB got me back on the road in an unimaginably short time . . . . and at a very reasonable cost.

Sheared my locking wheel nut key insides off clean, doing the nuts back up on the two front tyres i ordered. Handed me the bits inside the key that made the shape. So i left with a wheel nut missing on the front and a genuine key profile sheared off clean and told to contact ford. (Who couldnt help as i didnt the code) i have since ordered all new wheel nuts and a picture matched key. I removed succesfully all the locking wheel nuts easily except the one he tightened up, and destroyed my brand new locking wheel nut key. Im not sure what he set his torque wrench to, but having to jump on a breaker bar with my feet to undo the normal nuts that should of been torqued correctly is a joke. The replacement locking wheel key i destroyed with a socket driver is chewed, not sheared clean inside... but I dont own an air gun!!!
Oh, the x2 tyres i ordered werent the ones fitted either. Didnt say a word.
Thoughts ETB???
